There are two workshop dates to choose from: May 9,10,11 and May 16, 17, 18. The workshop cost is $450 per person.

Registration Checklist:

1. Print, read, and sign the WAIVER and AGREEMENT.

2. Send signed WAIVER and signed AGREEMENT. to Pure Luck, Attention: Workshop, via Fax (512-858-1513) or mail (3000 Martin Road, Dripping Springs, TX, 78620).

3. Please select the workshop that you would like to attend and e-mail (workshops@purelucktexas.com) or call 512-858-7034 with your requested workshop date.

We cannot accept your payment until we receive both the signed waiver and agreement. However, you may include check payment with your waiver and agreement sent via mail.

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR WAIVER, YOUR AGREEMENT., AND YOUR FULL PAYMENT.
