The Next Available workshops will either be in the spring or the fall of 2010

Pure Luck sisters Gitana and Amelia will be co-leading the workshops. All participants will make and take home several lovely cheeses, including Chevre, Feta, Del Cielo, and Ste. Maure. We will also cover basic cheesemaking techniques and questions, dairy husbandry, and sanitization practices in the milking parlour and cheese plant.
