New Workshops have been scheduled!

The scheduled dates are May 9th-11th, and May 16th-18th.

Pure Luck sisters Gitana and Amelia will be co-leading the workshops. All participants will make and take home several lovely cheeses, including Chevre, Feta, Del Cielo, and Ste. Maure. We will also cover basic cheesemaking techniques and questions, dairy husbandry, and sanitization practices in the milking parlour and cheese plant.
